All orders will be packed and dispatched after your payment has been received.
All orders will have a tracking number for you to track your order.
All delivery costs will be shown when you view the Cart on our website.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Orders and payments made before 2pm, will be packed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed on Saturday before 11am will be packed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed on Sunday will be packed and dispatched on Monday.
UNITED KINGDOM (UK) ORDERS ONLY
- Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days.
Orders less than £50 will cost £6 for standard delivery.
Free standard delivery for orders £50 or more.
- Next Day/24 hours Delivery:
Next day delivery is available at an extra cost based on your order. Please email or contact us to give you a quote.
Next day/24 hours delivery is available from Monday-Thursday, if the order and payment have been received before 2pm.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, unless you would like to receive your order on Saturday, please get in touch for a quote.
We provide international shipping. For international orders, please email us with your order and we will provide a quote for the delivery cost.
What do I do if I have missed my delivery time?
Generally, the delivery time is made from Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 6pm. You may receive a notification about the delivery time by email.
If you are worried that this may be the case, we recommend that you contact the courier so they can drop off your order at your local post office for you to pick up.
The courier will leave a card confirming that they’ve tried to deliver your parcel to let you know if your parcel has been delivered to one of you neighbours. Otherwise, please call the contact number on the card to rearrange another delivery that is convenient for you, or to arrange collection directly from their depot.
After three failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. Finally, customers will be liable to cover the shipping costs if they no longer want their order/change their mind or pay shipping costs for redelivery.
What do I do if I have not received my order as specified in the order confirmation email?
Please contact the courier using the tracking number.
